In the last century, grains have become one of the most highly genetically modified and sprayed crops in our country. As a result, grains have become more complicated for the human body to break down. We skip the grains (your gut will thank you!), and in turn, use grain-free flours such as almond, coconut flour and cassava flour.

Just because it’s “gluten-free,” doesn’t mean it’s “nutrient-rich.” We want our baked goods to pack a punch, when it comes to nutrition. We stick to a nourishing base of lower-carb nuts and seeds like almond and coconut, to pair protein with fats for an energizing duo.

We’ve swapped the butter and whole milk for coconut cream and coconut oil, to keep the fluffy, decadent texture of our baked goods, while also making sure our product line is, in fact, dairy-free.

While the majority of chocolate chips contain “soy lecithin,” we’ve vowed to skip this allergen altogether, and find more wholesome alternatives to the classics. We source dairy-free, soy-free chocolate chips to keep our promise to you — to provide with you with real ingredients, for real food!

Single-serve and ready-to-eat? A parent’s dream when it comes to kiddo-friendly snacks. We’ve skipped the peanuts, to keep our baked goods classroom-friendly. 

We are proud to be Certified Glyphosate-Free! Our ingredients are sourced from farms that do not use glyphosate during the growing and harvesting cycles.

Soozy’s is proudly Non-GMO Project Verified! We believe that consumers have the right to know what’s in their food. For us, that means being honest and transparent about our ingredients. We are proud to be, GMO-free!

While others use monk fruit, erythritol, and alluose, we’ve over here like…“hey guys — it’s okay to enjoy a little bit of the real thing!” We believe in enjoying real, recognizable sweeteners (in small quantities), which is why we use organic coconut sugar and unrefined maple syrup in our baked goods!

The average coffee shop baked good has over 30g of sugar per serving! We’ve vowed to keep our baked goods low-glycemic, lower-carb, and just as tasty, using organic coconut sugar and unrefined maple syrup. You’ll find that all of Soozy’s baked goods have under 12g of sugar.

Gums are for chewing, not for eating. When in doubt, we leave them out! We are proudly gum-free, because if we can’t 100% stand behind an ingredient, we will never include it in our baked goods.
